Issue Summary
When trying to add an Internal comment to a JSM request via Rovo Chat, the comment is added as a public comment instead
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Rovo Agent that has an action to Add comment to work item'. Make sure the agent is scoped to a Jira Service Management project
- Open Rovo chat and enter prompt : Please add a comment on the newest created support request containing the description of the request. Make sure that the comment is internal and visible only to agents and not to customers
Expected Results
It should add an internal comment
Actual Results
The comment is added as a public comment instead.
Workaround
Utilise Jira Automation instead to add an internal comment to a request with the response from the Rovo agent
