Issue Summary

"Create work item" is not supporting required custom fields causing issues with creating work items that involves required custom fields 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask Rovo to create Work Items with Required Custom Field

Expected Results

Create work item should support mandatory custom fields

Actual Results

"Create work item" does not support required custom fields

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
