Problem description

Rovo has the ability to create Jira Work Items in projects; however, it may fail to do so if some types of customization has been applied to the instance, such as: 

• Hierarchical issue creation – e.g., sub-tasks or child issues under an epic. in one go
• Customization of non-standard tags
• Other required fields are added to the issue creation flow

Current support can create Work Items when Summary and Description are required; however, if other fields are configured, Rovo can't create these work items, even if the values for the required fields are clearly defined by the user interacting with Rovo, the Rovo Agent instructions, or additional data provided via Jira Automation.

Suggested Solutions

Add support to ensure work items can be created even when customization has been done.
