Issue Summary

Rovo Chat is unable to return value for some system (e.g. Parent) or custom fields

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira ticket with value added to the Parent field
2. Prompt Rovo Chat to return the value of the Parent field

Expected Results

Rovo is able to return value from the field

Actual Results

Rovo can't return value from the field

Workaround

Find Parent instruction works when used via Rovo agents. It can be used as a workaround if needed until resolved.
