User Problem

Rovo Agents cannot currently create files and then provide them for download, despite being able to output strings of text that are in the correct file structure (e.g. CSV, JSON, etc).

This is helpful when wanting to export data off the Atlassian Cloud platform without having to copy/paste. For example, it is easier to review a CSV of data in a CSV processor, rather than a Rovo Chat window.

Suggested Solutions

Allow Rovo Agents to create files and provide links that allow end users to download them.

Current Workarounds

Users can ask for text that is in an appropriate format (e.g. CSV, JSON, etc) and then copy-paste that text into a file that they create themselves on their local machine.
