User Problem
Incoming calls don't currently follow the routing rules of a team. They will simply use the default rule if a team is in the 'Forward call to' field. This leads to complex workarounds needing to be used for basic things like routing differently at different times of day.
Suggested Solutions
Have the calls follow the team's routing rules to determine who to call.
Current Workarounds
Most (not all) needs can be met with different workarounds.
