User Problem
As a customer, I would like to have the ability to query/search alerts based on a specific entry in alert 'Activity Log'.
Some use-cases include:
- searching for alerts that did not send any notifications
- searching for alerts that notified a particular user
- Searching for incoming call alerts that went to voicemail
Suggested Solutions
It would be great to have a feature to query alerts if there is a specific entry being noticed in the alert 'Activity Log' in order to take relevant action rather than going to each alert to find that entry.
