As a Team Admin, I would like to have the visibility to the incoming call alerts that are assigned to my team's schedule

      User Problem

      In the current design, only if the calls are forwarded to the Team or Team's Escalation policy that consists of a step to notify all team members or team admins, the Team's admins can access the alerts created by the calls.
      If the calls are forwarded directly to the Schedule owned by the same team, the Team's Admins are still not able to access it.

      Suggested Solutions

      Please update this behavior to grant visibility to the Team Admins as long as the calls are forwarding to the Team's Escalation/Schedule or the Team itself.

      Current Workarounds

      Option 1 - Forward the calls directly to the team, and the calls will be routed to the ELSE condition of the Team's Routing Rules.
      Option 2 - Forward the calls to the Team's Escalation that consists of a step to notify all team members or team admins.
