As an admin, I would like to receive Webhook notifications when the shifts of on-call engineers are changing

      User Problem

      In the current design, there are no notifications for administrators for the shift changes. In some scenarios, the on-call engineers in the organization will be granted with a higher permissions for operation, it would be nice for the team administrators or Opsgenie administrators to receive a notification via Webhook for the shift changes.

      Suggested Solutions

      Please consider adding the feature for sending out Webhook notifications for the on-call engineers' shift changes to the administrators.
