      User Problem

      You can notify individual users when their on-call shifts are starting, but there isn't a good way to get this data into other tools.

      Suggested Solutions

      An option to trigger an outbound webhook when the on-call user changes. Similar to on-call notifications, but to a webhook.

      Current Workarounds

      Nothing simple.
