User Problem

In the current design, there is no field for "Integration Name" in the downloaded Alert Analytics for the admin to pivot and sort or filter. The common scenario is the admin would like to download the whole analytics data into 1 file and pivot it manually based on Integration Name.

Suggested Solutions

Please consider adding this field to the downloaded Alert Analytics data.

Current Workarounds

Run the Filter to query for the specific integration(s) on the Alert Analytics page first, and download it into separated files;
or make the query on Alert Dashboard to filter the alerts first and export them into CSV. Both require the same efforts and bring the same friction.
