User Problem

There is no way to export alerts with additional fields included, i.e. description, extra properties (Details), notes, etc.

Currently there are 2 methods to export alerts from Opsgenie.

First is through the Alert Dashboard > Export CSV option. This export includes the alerts with the following fields: Alert ID, Alias, TinyID, Message, Status, isSeen, Acknowledged, Snoozed, CreatedAt, CreatedAtDate, UpdatedAt, UpdatedAtDate, Count, Owner, Teams

Second method is via Analytics > Alert Analytics > Click on Number of Alerts > Show Alerts Detailed > Download Results. This export includes the alerts with the following fields: Message, Priority, Tags, Created At Time, Acknowledged By, Time to Acknowledge, Closed By, Time to Close, Status, Owner, Source, ID, Teams

Suggested Solutions

An option to include additional fields, or specify which fields to be included when exporting alerts through the Alert Dashboard > Export CSV method and/or the Alert Analytics > Download Results method.

Current Workarounds

You can retrieve all alert fields via Alert API, so users could write a script to export their alerts via API and include all of the alert fields.
