Issue Summary

When an incident is created, there is no option available to attach an attachment to an incident. This is also the case when trying to attach an attachment to an existing incident

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Opsgenie Incident,
2. There is no option to attach an attachment.

Expected Results

When creating or updating an incident in Opsgenie, there should be an option available to attach attachments.

Actual Results

User has the ability to add attachment to an incident

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
