Issue Summary
Currently, Incidents doesn't have the ability to accept attachments. While feature request (OPSGENIE-691) seems like a good starting point, I think it's too many manual steps to be in the long run.
Suggested Solutions
Suggest that on incident creation, a unique email address is generated such that anything received by that email address would automatically be attached to the incident and an update added to the incident timeline.
The idea is that after establishing an incident that requires email correspondence with an external vendor, we can CC that email address in our initial conversation with the vendor, and responses that are replied to all (as is the case with those kind of threads) are automatically added to the incident without manual effort.
Current Workarounds
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
