As a customer, I would like to downgrade/decrease priority with de-duplicate of alerts

      User Problem
      I would like to downgrade/decrease the priority of a deduplicating alert if the new payload matches a lower priority than the alert.
       
      Suggested Solutions
      Allow deduplicating alerts to lower priority the same way it can increase priority.
       
      Current Workarounds
      Manually lower priority on the alert.
