User Problem

Routing rules and Escalation policy is not changed while decreasing the alert prioity.

It works fine while increasing the priority because the alert reopens automatically but not during decrease of priority.

Suggested Solutions

Ability to change the alert to validate the routing rules while decreasing the priority 

Current Workarounds

Reopen alert manually after priority change.
