Customer would like  to auto close incident and responder alert when resolve notification arrives from event source.

The functionality is once the Associated alert is closed by Resolved event from 3rd party tool, then the incident + the Responder alert to be closed automatically.

Associated alert -> is closed  -> when the event is resolved by the 3rd party tool -> Which should automatically close the responder alert & the incident.
