Abliity for MS Teams v2 to decipher HTML

      User Problem

      Customer would like for HTML markups to show as clickable links in the Teams message. 

      They would also like images to display in the message as an image rather than a link to the src.

      It would also be preferable to be able to size the messages that go from Opsgenie to teams to be wider and so easier to read. 

      They would also like <br> to move to a new line

      Suggested Solutions

      Implementing solution as per MS documentation on Adaptive cards: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/task-modules-and-cards/cards/cards-reference#adaptive-card

            I would really hope that this suggestion is implemented.
            But the suggestion is already 2 years old, so I'm not really optimistic now

            We are also looking into this feature. It currently makes Grafana-OpsGenie-Teams integration unusable specially on mobile devices.
