As a customer I would like to have the ability to customize the format/content of outgoing data from OG to MSFT Teams

      HTML tags are reflected in the MS teams message. 

      Ability to parse the HTML tags and make it readable .

      Parse the outgoing data posted to MSTeams

            We would also like to benefit from this feature. We are impacted as we are sending HTML data from OpsGenie to Slack and to ServiceNow and both are not readable.
