Ability to reopen closed incidents

      User Problem

      If an incident is accidentally closed, there is no way to undo this action.

      Suggested Solutions

      Adding an option to reopen incidents would allow users to undo the close.

      Current Workarounds

      The only option right now would be to create an identical incident.
