Opsgenie's Slack for Incident Management not displaying incident details

      Issue Summary

      The OpsGenie for Incident Management app in Slack is not displaying the incident summary in the Slack channel. This includes Teams, Priority, Status and Services impacted.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect a Slack Workspace with Opsgenie for Incident Management App
      2. Create an incident in Opsgenie and from the Communications section Create a Slack Channel

      Expected Results

      The Opsgenie app shows the incident details and buttons to action the incident from within Slack.

      Actual Results

      The Slack channel gets created, but the Opsgenie App doesn't show any details about the just-created incident. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
