Issue Summary

The ability to filter, include or exclude specific information from the MTTA/R Analytics is not available in the new Analytics Experience as it used to be. The information can still be searched using different fields but the operators are missing.

For example: In the new Analytics experience, the customers can get a report where the Team "is not blank" and the tags "is not wxyz". Such operators are no longer available.

Suggested Resolution

To add the operator options for all the fields, similar to the old Opsgenie Analytics experience.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior other than downloading the report containing all the information, then use a third party tool to filter out the not required data.
