Issue Summary

Currently, the Alert Analytics in the New Opsgenie Analytics Experience gives you the ability to search for and select from values in the drop down list, but unlike the old Looker reports, there is no option to filter more specifically.

For example: In the new Analytics experience, I can get a report of all alerts containing "System" or "Critical" tags, but I don't have the option to not include those alerts that also contain the "Test" or "Development" tags. Or when using Message, being able to search with multiple values to find different alerts in the reports.

To be able to filter and have control over what to contain, starts with, is and other filters is needed to be able to build these custom dashboard views to display certain alerts. 

Suggested Resolution

To add the these extra filtering options such as "doesn't contain, that is similar to the old Opsgenie Analytics experience.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior other than downloading the report containing the desired tags, then use a third party tool to filter out alerts containing the undesired tags.
