See the Deduplication Count of the alert that has created a Jira/JSM Ticket

      User Problem

      When an Opsgenie Alert creates a Jira/JSM Ticket (or vice versa), the customer would like to see the deduplication count of the Opsgenie Alert in the Jira/JSM Ticket

      Suggested Solution 

      Add a field in the Jira/JSM Tickets that update with the count of the Opsgenie Alert 

      Workaround

      Have incoming payloads add a note to the Alert. Add an outgoing rule in the JSM/JSW integration to:
