Issue Summary
When a customer navigates to their Opsgenie instance <name>.app.opsgenie.com and chooses "Only Necessary" cookies it subsequently blocks the chat bubble in the bottom right.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to a standalone Opsgenie instance (note: it must be standalone as JSM subordinated instances aren't offered chat support)
- Notice the chat bubble in the bottom-right
- When the cookie preferences bar shows at the top of the page, choose "Only necessary"

- Refresh the page and notice the chat bubble is now missing
Expected Results
For the chat bubble to remain - ie be considered "necessary"
Actual Results
Chat bubble disappears
Solution
The "Only necessary" cookies do not include any "Functional" cookies. In this case, the extension used to service Chat qualifies as a "Functional" cookie.
To ensure the chat bubble remains visible, when the preference bar appears about cookies, click on "Preferences" and ensure "Functional" cookies are selected:

If you have already selected "Only necessary", please delete your cookies, then navigate to the page again to be re-prompted about your cookie preference.
