Issue Summary

Alert description is coming in Chinese characters when using email integration with OpsGenie.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure email integration with OpsGenie following: Integrate your email with OpsGenie.
2. Trigger the incoming email so that it uses any encoding other than UTF-16 or sending charset with any format other than UTF-16.

Expected Results

Email body will be processed successfully and added to the alert's description.

Actual Results

Email body will be shown as Chinese characters in the alert's description field:

Workaround

1. Encode incoming emails with UTF-16. Or,
2. Send charset in UTF-16LE format.
