Currently, you can only set an issue type while setting up issue creation through an alert via Opsgenie. Any such created issues don't show up in the queues because they don't have a valid request type.
The suggestion is to provide the ability to choose a valid request type as well in the integration configuration in Opsgenie.
Workaround
