User Problem
"Goal is to avoid alerts from being closed with no back story."
"I would like to ensure that NO alert is closed without any closing remarks as comment."
"This is very similar to Jira where certain fields must be filled out for every state of the ticket and thats mandated by the admin."
Suggested Solutions
Require a note to be added to an alert before being closed. Or the option to select this within each integration.
