Ability to search and query on notes in Alerts tab

      User Problem

      It's currently not possible to search and query on alert notes in the Alerts tab.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add ability to search and query on alert notes in the Alerts tab.

      This should include the ability to query on whether or not a note is added to an alert, as well ability to search for text within the notes. Example:

      note: true | false

note: "text"

      Current Workarounds

      Only workaround at this time is reviewing each alert in UI to see if a note is added.
