Issue Summary
If your Sandbox site has been suspended and then reactivated, not only are all previously installed apps are uninstalled (CLOUD-11596), but they also remain suspended and users will no longer able to reinstall them.
Steps to Reproduce
Only applicable after reactivating a suspended site (CLOUD-11879)
- On the Sandbox site, head to Apps → Explore more apps
- Search for an app that was previously installed and have an active paid subscription
- Click on the Add to sandbox button at the top right to re-install the app
Expected Results
The app should be successfully installed to the Sandbox site
Actual Results
The installation fails, with the following error
