Cloud to Cloud Migration - Provide the option download/upload CSV file for Links Fixing

      Problem Definition

      • Link fixing currently only processes links from the latest batch of migration.
      • There is no option to target link fixing for specific Jira or Confluence spaces.

      Suggested Solution

      • Provide an option to download the mapping file after migration is complete (see: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-507).
      • Allow admins to upload a modified mapping file to the "Link fixing" tool, enabling targeted fixes for specific scopes.

      Why this is important

      • Enables flexible link fixing options for Cloud admins.
      • Helps avoid missing links after running phased migrations.
      • Legacy links fixing would require downtime on Confluence.
