JCMA attachment doesn't work after Migration, we are getting UNKNOWN media

Issue Summary

JCMA attachment doesn't work after Migration. We are getting UNKNOWN media image after a page refresh. Users report that in issue descriptions and comments including attachments (e.g. images) are showing as "Preview unavailable". 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate projects using JCMA
2. View Jira Issues in the cloud site which have attachments 
3. The attachments don't display automatically but instead show preview unavailable in the Description and Comment sections
4. Refreshing the page doesn't seem to work 
5. The user is reporting that they are unable to preview the attachments in a comment / description on the issue.

Expected Results

Should be able to render the images in Preview
