Improvement in Searching in List View - ability to search more fields

      Summary

      It would be beneficial if the search feature in the List view would search for more than only Description/Summary.

      Expected Results

      The search bar should look for results in more fields, not only for Description/Summary. It should also include special characters and provide a feature to select which fields to look into.

      Actual Results

      Currently, you can't choose the fields, so it only looks for values within Description/Summary.
