Issue Summary

The custom label field fails to fetch label options in the list view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom label field and associate it with JWM project screens
2. Add a label to an issue, say "Custom"
3. In the List View, add the custom label field
4. Edit the custom label field for an issue and search for "Custom"

Expected Results

The label should be seen as a suggestion.

Actual Results

There is no suggestion for the existing label

Workaround

1. Select the option to create a new label
2. Edit the field in the Issue View
