Description
Issue Summary
Jira Work Management (JWM) is included in Jira Service Management (JSM). However, when a customer only has a JSM license, they are unable to access the Pages feature. Jira looks for the JWM license and produces an HTTP 403 Status when it cannot find it.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up an account with only JSM and Confluence
- Try to access Pages in a JSM project.
Expected Results
Pages will work
Actual Results
An error message is produced :
Workaround
Customers can do a Trial of JWM:
- Go to admin.atlassian.com
- Click the settings (...) for their site (next to the Manage users button)
- Select Manage product access
- Go to Discover applications
- Locate Jira Work Management and click Try it now
