When cloning an Epic, add the option to clone the linked Stories as well

We'll typically review this request in about 12 months time, at which point we’ll consider whether we need to alter its status. Meanwhile, you may consider a commercial third party app Template (Epic) cloner for Jira , which may be useful in your context.
