Drop down displayed in wrong location in edit in JIRA IFRAME mode after scrolling in Internet Explorer

Drop down list (associated with Affects Version/Fix Version/Label) displayed in wrong location in edit in JIRA IFRAME mode after scrolling in Internet Explorer.

Steps to replicate:
1) Click in Agile
2) Click "Edit in Jira" at the card menu(gear icon).
3) Scroll down using the mouse wheel
4) Click on the drop down for Affects Version/s, Fix Version/s or Label

Only happens in IE, unable to test in Chrome due to GHS-2617.

Tested with Internet Explorer 8 and Chrome 7 using a (relatively) new JIRA instance.
