Drop downs displayed at wrong y location when JIRA runs inside an IFRAME

    Description

      Dropdowns are not displayed at the correct location when jira runs inside an IFrame on IE7/IE8.

      How to reproduce:
      1. Go to Agile tab (GreenHopper)
      2. Click on an issue key which will open the IFrame (make sure to enable the iframe support in Tools>User Preferences>General)
      3. scroll the iframe content, then open the dropdown
