"Edit Name" in Epic on the board view does not work

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Epic
      2. On the Backlog view, try to edit the Epic name:
      3. Click on Edit Name - nothing happens

      Expected Results

      An option to edit the Epic name should be displayed.

      Actual Results

      Edit Name option does not work - nothing happens

      Workaround

      It is possible to edit the Epic name by opening the Epic and editing the Epic Name field.
