Issue Summary

The Edit Name option not working on the Epic Panel on Jira 9.16.1.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Board Backlog View and expand the Epic Panel
2. Click on (...) > Edit Name
   

Expected Results

• The epic name should be highlighted and editable.

• Screenshots taken on Jira 9.4.12:

Actual Results

• The epic name is not highlighted and no action is performed
  

Workaround

• Navigate to the Epic directly and edit the name from the Issue View.
