Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

This does not affect JSM.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Date Picker or Date Time Picker custom field.
2. Add it to the Create screen of a Software project.
3. Navigate to Project Settings, then click the Create button in the top bar.

Expected Results

The Date Picker calendar will work in the Create screen.

Actual Results

The calendar does not work (clicking it does nothing). 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

 Note: this is the same problem that is described in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-75709 BUT this is not an Administrative screen (no websudo required).
