      Issue Summary

      Custom Date time picker field does not allow to select date on Issue create screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create new custom Date time picker field for a project in Jira.
      2. Stay on the Custom Field administration subpage.
      3. Click on Create to open the issue create screen.
      4. Try to set date and time for the Date time picker field created above.
      5. It does not allow to select a date and time.
      6. While using Developer tool in the browser, below console errors are seen.

      Expected Results

      The Date time picker field should allow to set the date and time in issue creation screen.

      Actual Results

      The Date time picker field does not allow to select date and time in issue creation screen.

      Workaround

      Create the issue first and later edit the issue to update the Date time picker field or be on any other or create an issue from any other place than Jira Administration pages.
