Issue Summary
Date picker doesn’t appear when creating an issue from an Administrative page. Reproduced in Jira Service Management 5.6. This also applies to the Date Picker Time custom field as well.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom field with the Date Picker or Date Time Picker
- Create\modify a screen with above fields
- Navigate to an Administrative page (⚙ > (Applications, Projects, etc)
- Select Create via the Top
- Click the calendar button for the Date Picker field.

Calendar should appear

Workaround
Navigate to home page and Create
