Issue Summary
While hover over the scheme (Issuetype/Permission/screen) link under the Audit log, redirects to incorrect url "/secure/admin/EditNotifications!default.jspa?schemeId=0".
Steps to Reproduce
- Make changes to any schemes like screen, permission or Issuetype schemes
- Check the Audit Log for the above change entry and hover over the link under "Affected object(s)*
Expected Results
It should redirect to the correct entity, if it was permission scheme link, then it should redirect to that specific permission scheme screen instead of EditNotification.
Actual Results
It lands on the page, as per the second snippet, which is Edit notification scheme screen.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

I went to reproduce this on Jira Software Data Center 8.13.13 and the first link I clicked on to a notification scheme worked. The next link was to a permission scheme and it failed as described above. Weird bug!
