Issue Summary

In Jira instances where the system default language is set to any language other than English. While hovering over the scheme (Issuetype/Permission/screen) link under the Audit logs affected objects, it redirects to the incorrect url "/secure/admin/EditNotifications!default.jspa?schemeId=10000".

This issue seems to be related to the already fixed bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-20923*.{*}

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the system default language under Settings > System > General Settings to “Russian (Russia)“

1. Make any changes to any Field configuration schemes like editing the scheme name.

1. Check the Audit Log for the above change entry and hover over the link under "Affected object(s)" Or click on the link.

Expected Results

It should redirect to the correct entity, the Field configuration scheme in our case.

Actual Results

It redirects to the Notification scheme configuration page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
