Issue Summary

While hover over the Screen scheme link under the Audit log, it redirects to an incorrect url
"/secure/admin/EditNotifications!default.jspa?"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Advanced audit log logging for general configuration.
2. Create a screen scheme.
3. Check the audit logs and click on the link under "Affected Objects" for the entry corresponding to screen scheme creation.

Expected Results

It should redirect to the correct entity, that is screen scheme configuration page.

Actual Results

The user is redirected to the notification scheme page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
