Issue Summary
When creating issues in Kanban Board, the page would not scroll down to the created issue. Thus users would need to manually scroll to the bottom to see the created issue.
Reported to be affecting Chrome, Firefox and Edge
This problem is not affecting Scrum Board's Backlog.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Kanban board
- In the Kanban board, create several Issues
- Ensure the list of issues in the column is long enough to require scrolling
- In the Kanban Board view, scroll to the top of the page
- Then create a new Issue in the Kanban Board via 'Create' header
- Once created, notice how the page is not scrolled to the created Issue
- If you look at the URL, it has selected the Issue Key of the created Issue
Expected Results
The page would be scrolled to the created Issue

Workaround
- Manually scroll to the bottom of the page
- Use the Browser's search function to search for the created Issue's Key
- As a reference, the Issue Key can be identified in the URL after creation. Look for selectedIssue=.
- Use Internet Explorer which is not affected by the bug
