Issue Summary

Moving items on the Kanban board scrolls board to the bottom of the page.
The focus follows an issue being moved on a Kanban board, often leading it to scroll undesirably.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1 - Create a Kanban Soft project.
Step 2 - Move the items on the kanban board.

Expected Results

Scrolling should not happen page should not move to the latest issue.

Actual Results

Scrolling happening focus and page moving to the recently moved issue.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
