Remove scroll down on a board when an issue is moved to the bottom of a column whit many issues

      Problem Definition

      Currently when moving issues in Kanban Board, when using ranking the issues with highest issue number are placed at the bottom.

      The Kanban Board view then scrolls down to where the issue was placed.

      This can be confusing for the customers since it moves the focus to the other column, rather than the one they are working on. Example: Moving issue from In Review to Done.

      Suggested Solution

      Move the issue to the next column and the focus should remain on the column from when the issue was moved from

      Workaround

      Until 8.20.X --> Use swimlines in order to have a more organised view
      9.X onwards --> no workaround.
