Problem
When attempting to rank or order issues in the Kanban backlog, it fails with an error shown on the UI.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Kanban Board with some issue tickets
- Configure the board and navigate to "Columns"
- Enable the backlog by adding at least 1 status to "Kanban backlog"
- Unmap all other columns. At this point, only the "Kanban backlog" will have a status mapped
- Attempt to rank issues.
Expected Results
Issues can be ranked just fine.
Actual results
Ranking operation fails with an error in the UI.
For 8.20+ environments, the following error is displayed in the UI instead:
Workaround
Ensure that there is at least 1 status mapped to a column.
